If you experience an error while importing a report template the user interface will show the message: "No matching connections. Check the log files for details.". The log files are stored in the Qlik NPrinting server filesystem and a report developer could not have access to them.
It will be useful to add a log files download button in the user interface, as it is in the user import task, or display the logs in the UI to help the developer to fast solve the issue.
