Every customer I have ever worked with the last 8 years has complained about the sorting possibilities in the Pivot Table. This is so easily done in Excel and as we try to move users from excel to Qlik they expect some features. 

Sorting on a measure descending on every dimension the user expands. The sorting should be done on every level.
