There is a very common behavior with Qlik Sense users to create new objects.
However, I often identify that the same object already exists in other applications, causing: duplicity of information, unnecessary resource consumption, or even the application of incorrect business rules.
I see that the moment a user creates an object, it could be searched in sense objects if something already exists with that name and notify the user: "Did you know that object% objectname% already exists in application% qvf%"
In addition, a pop-up could be opened with app link or access request
