We generate different QVDs from multiple systems, these different data are linked in an external program. Currently we use c# to read the headerinformation of QVDs (columnnames).

This method wont work in Qlik Sense SaaS environment.

Please provide a solution via api, to access the headerinformation of stored qvds in Qlik Sense SaaS.

You can do this in Qlik script by reading the QVD as XML. Similarly you can do this in On-prem Sense. I don't see this as issue. 

If you want to read the QVDs in external program you can just store them is S3, Azure Storage or some other storage solution and process then AWS/Azure or some other.

I assume you want to be able to use a Qlik Sense app to manage and review certain metadata about your QVD farm. Is that correct?
