qap authentication using vpn, does not generate cookie

I have a computer hosted on a different network where QlikSense is installed to which I connect by vpn, where from my local computer I have a website with IIS, from which I generate the connection with the QlikClient certificate and in addition to the data from the server QlikSense together with the virtual proxy. The problem I have is that the qlik cookie is not generated, since the ticket is obtained without problems, on the other hand, the require.js file I do not have access.
If someone can help me with this problem I will appreciate it!
