Cant login QlikSense internally in server

Hi all,

I just install QlikSense in server. The DNS and actual hostname is different. 

for example,

DNS name: aa.com

actual hostname: bb.com

When i install, it detect bb.com, so the url link in the QlikSense hub/QMC shortcut is https://bb.com

However, when i want to login internally inside the server, i cant login. I only can login using ip or DSN link. Weirdly, after able login using ip, the link change to https:bb.com. 

When i login externally outside server using https://bb.com , i able to login. 

Why this happened?

Please help help.

Hi! 

Its not recommended to change DNS or HostName after installing Qlik because Qlik creates its own certificates to encrypt data.

If its a new enviroment , without or with a few apps, I recommend you to remove, restart and install again.

How bb.com configured, does it externally on Firewall? Makesure, they configured properly toward your proxy nodes.
