Errors when trying to import Talend Jobs from TOS 7.1.1 to TDI 7.1.1

Hello,

We have the errors obtained when trying to import Talend Jobs from TOS 7.1.1 to TDI 7.1.1 :

The Jobs were imported as:

• Jobs from TOS 6.2.1 to TOS 6.5.1 - OK

Jobs from

TOS 6.5.1 to TOS 7.1.1 - OK

Jobs from

TOS 7.1.1 to TDI 7.1.1 - KO

It seems the token from you is necessary ?

Hello,

You have to use migration token to migrate your old jobs from TOS to talend subscription solution.(TOS 7.1.1--> TDI 7.1.1)

To get the migration token, please send an email to customercare@talend.com

Our colleagues from support team will send a migration token key to you through support cycle with priority.

Hello,

You need Migration token.

The limitation is to avoid to import ANY unsigned item to the product.

Talend subscription solution after the 7.0 had signed the jobs and Talend open studio product will never sign the jobs.

From Talend 7.0 onward, a digital signature is added to each project item when it is saved in Talend Studio. When importing a project or project items, Talend Studio validates the signatures and rejects items with an invalid signature. This is a security measure to prevent accidental or malicious modification of project items.

However, you can import a project or project items exported from an earlier version of Talend Studio before the expiration date of a 90-day grace period from the first installation of Talend Studio or before the date set in the migration token, whichever comes later. Upon successful import, all imported items are signed.

 

Before setting a migration token, make sure you have received a migration token key provided by Talend

To get the migration token, please raise a ticket on Talend Support Portal.

We absolutely need to migrate our old jobs from TOS.

Here are my questions:

1> How do I get these tokens ?

2> What is "unsigned items", what is the solution to get around this problem?
