why the download and install all modules available button is disable.

Some jars are not available on the Talend Website, you need to download them from external website on the internet and then install them manually to studio.
Click the![]()
(If the Modules view is not shown under your design workspace, go to Window > Show View... > Talend and then select Modules from the list).
