DISABLING RESPONSIVENESS ON QLIKSENSE

Hello guys,

I am trying to replicate Qlikview similar appearance in Qliksense i.e. I don't want any responsiveness even on mobile it should show the same dashboard with horizontal and vertical scrolls like Qlikview.

I have gone through this article https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/additional-layout-options-provide-better-user-steve-newman/ and tried to use the grid view but the problem is that it is only available in Responsive sheet not custom and we need to have custom layout of sheet with fixed width and height (same like Qlikview). Also when the custom or responsive design is seen in mobile  it starts rendering for mobile (which I don't want).

Is there any option or configuration in Qliksense which can serve the purpose?

I know through mashup it can be achieved but I am looking to do in in the hub in specific sheet.

Best Regards,

Muhammad Raza

That is my understanding, you still have to design your Qlik application, without too much focus on its UI, as the Mashup consume it (that application) and render whatever control (chart) was added to its sheet; the Mashup take care of rendering your solution; End Users browser the Mashup UI, while the Qlik application is there to add additional features than later are coded into the Mashup. You should read a little bit more about Mashups.

Thanks for the prompt reply. The moment you switch it to mobile view the layout will become responsive again. See the  attached word file for details.

Hi @muhammadraza

I think you should consider mashups, with them you get full control of the UI.

Hope this helps,

Thanks for the reply. So I can consider that there is no way to achieve it inside hub without mashup.
