What we have is a working prototype over a demo Qlik Tenant, and it performs incredibly efficiently. In fact it is too quick. I am not used to real time answers, but that is what you get.
Currently these are the APIs being accessed. (Note: For ultimate experience give the user Audit role in Qlik Cloud).
Note: In ten days I have gone from knowing nothing about MCP servers to having built tools to take AI from being dull, to a force of nature. I have delivered more capability in a week than in years. We built Harmony and Symphony to manage Qlik estates using a line of business application using Cyferd. MCP automation sits above this and gives you the ability to manage at a whole new level. Both relevant, both have their place. MCP based tools are happening everywhere and productionising them is going to be an really interesting process. But what they do mean is that the role of a data engineer is changed for ever.
I said tools plural, that is because we are also demonstrating how Qlik can show our Website Knowledge Graphs that can then be integrated into NLWeb and other MCP based platforms. All really exciting as NLWeb alters the internet from being passive to active. Enabling website to interact via AI Assistants.
