Hi everyone,
Following on from this post (Qlik Sense Mashup - using enigma.js in browser to connect to Engine API) , does anyone know whether there is a security rule that can be applied to allow anonymous creation and publication of bookmarks? The reason I ask is that it seems that anonymous users can only read bookmarks created by an authenticated user.
I have found this post Sharing Bookmarks | Qlik Community , but it relates to QlikView rather than Qlik Sense.
Thanks in advance,
Richard

I have applied this rule, but it does not work:
Hey Richard,
I can't imagine so. To enable anonymous exports of data in Qlik Sense April 2018 (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/April2018/Content/WhatsNew/What-is-new-Apr2018.htm), a new method of defining ownership of those exports was implemented (AnonymousOwnerUserId vs traditional Owner_ID). App.Objects do not have that entity so would not allow creation by anonymous users.
Hope that helps.
Hey Levi,
Thanks for responding. It sounds very much as though this is not possible, and I have been told that any anonymous activity would be limited to the current session, which squares with your reply. I'll leave this open for a few more days and, if I get no responses to the contrary, I'll mark your answer as correct.
Regards,
Richard
