Qlik-on-demand-reporting configuration produce the issue "blocked by CORS policy"

We are trying to test the extension qlik-on-demand-reporting installed with the sense visualization bundle.

We have a lab with qliksense November2019 SR2 and nprinting November2019 and soon we have to implement the solution fro a customer.

All configuration settings are in place: qliksense server added to nprinting trusted origins, qliksense certificates generated and imported in nprinting server, nprinting service account is a root admin in qliksense, domain users created in nprinting and assigned user role. We reviewed many times requirements to connect nprinting to qliksense apps.

In nprinting we created app and connection to the qliksense app and metadata generation is ok, a report was created and we are able to see by nprinting designer the preview of the report.

But trying to connet the extension to nprinting we receive the following errors showing in the developer tool window of the browser

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://nprintingserver:4993/api/v1/login/ntlm' from origin 'https://qliksenseserver' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource

and no nprinting app is showing in the configuration tab of the extension.

We are using self-generated certificates in qliksense and nprinting.

Is there anyone that is using on demand reporting in qliksense?

Nicola
