The official link of Qlik sense custom components is not working

I'm getting   " SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'indexOf' of undefined or null reference" error in the code that I can see in chrome console when I'm trying to perform the custom component example that is given in this link

I think your problem was temporary or limited to your browser. 

I get a proper response trying to access the posted url. Have you tried with a different browser?

I'm also able to access the page but the creation of component is not working property. Forget about the browser problem. Can you just tell me if it is working or not.
