After upgrading to QlikView May 2021 (12.60) scripts containing "must_include" pointing to https are failing

Scripts containing $(MUST_INCLUDE=https://server/script.qvs) are not working in 12.60 but worked in 12.50.

The error message is "The certificate authority is invalid or incorrect."

Environment

• QlikView  May 2021 (12.60) or higher

Resolution

1. Open the https site in a browser and export the certificate.  
2. Add the certificate to Trusted Root Certification Authorities on the servers running the QlikView Distribution Service (QDS)

Cause:

We updated LibCURL  in 12.60, and it now requires the certificate to be validated.
