The Legacy Support portal has been discontinued as per Decommissioning the legacy support portal (support.qlik.com) January 23rd, 2026 .

How can I see all my legacy Qlik serial numbers or licenses?

Hello, @Felix.

I verified the steps and they are still up to date. What did you experience difficulties with?

@Felix Qlik has plan to create new License portal.

even if the license is renewed it will show as expired on the old portal side. also any new license will not be made available in the license portal. hence the reason you are not able to see the update details

Hello @menta

The portal is still accessible as documented here. Regarding your log in errors I suggest trying with a different browser or in incognito mode to rule out cashing or similar issues. If the problem persists, please contact us through our Customer Support portal.

All the best,
Sonja

So is there is solution for this?  I have lost access for all my users abruptly.  I have no place to go check for licenses.  It says my license expired.

I did.  The bot just asked me to contact my account manager who is probably sleeping right now in the USA, while my whole site is down due to license not being renewed on time.  Thousands of users affected.  It is not evening connecting me to an Indian support agent.  I have raised a ticket and counting on my lucky stars that someone will contact me while we incur losses and put patients in danger.  We are one of your biggest clients.  This is how we are treated.
