Description of Issue
- NPrinting Connections fail regularly or intermittently when attempting to reload NPrinting Connection in the NPrinting web console.
- The NPrinting Engine log will contain the following error:
Status(StatusCode=Unavailable, Detail="Connect Failed")
Environment
- NPrinting 2019 November and earlier versions
Resolution
- This issue is resolved in February 2020 and later versions of NPrinting
- Upgrade to the most recent version of NPrinting to resolve the issue and to additionally leverage all cumulative defect repairs, performance enhancements and logging updates
