NPrinting Connection fails November 2019 and earlier versions "connect failed" in NP engine logs

Description of Issue

• NPrinting Connections fail regularly or intermittently when attempting to reload NPrinting Connection in the NPrinting web console.
• The NPrinting Engine log will contain the following error:

Status(StatusCode=Unavailable, Detail="Connect Failed")

Environment

• NPrinting 2019 November and earlier versions

Resolution

• This issue is resolved in February 2020 and later versions of NPrinting
• Upgrade to the most recent version of NPrinting to resolve the issue and to additionally leverage all cumulative defect repairs, performance enhancements and logging updates
