After migrating a report from Staging to Production the report is not working as expected. Further your staging environment is not the same version as your Production environment.

- To completely avoid report issues of caused by mismatched versions of NPrinting between different environments ensure your NPrinting environments are aligned to the same version of NPrinting

- Production Environment - NPrinting June 2020 SR 1
Cause
- Back end schemas will be different between different NPrinting product versions.
- Reports exported from one version of NPrinting to an different version of NPrinting as mentioned in the resolution section of this article will cause unexpected reporting results
