Private Community Sheets are not published when distributing an App from a client managed Qlik Sense install to Qlik Sense SaaS

Distributing and publishing a Qlik Sense App from Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows to Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS does not include the private community sheets.  Published community sheets are correctly distributed. 

Environment

• Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows 
• Qlik Cloud 
• Qlik Sense Multi Cloud

This is working as intended. App distribution from an on-premise install to Qlik Sense SaaS will only include already published community sheets.
