When using an ODBC endpoint in Qlik Replicate, there are ways to define a provider syntax that Qlik Replicate will use instead of the default provider syntax.

In some cases, this may be required to modify a default behaviour of the specific ODBC Target.

Resolution:

Review the attached document.

Please Note: The ODBC target endpoint can be used to access targets that are not included in Qlik Replicate’s extensive Support Matrix. However, unless enabled through Professional Services and approved by your Account Manager, the ODBC target endpoint should not be used. Additionally, the ODBC target endpoint should not be used to access any targets already listed in the Support Matrix.

Environment:

Qlik Replicate

Hi Lengpeng,

It looks like something is wrong with your ODBC driver installation, so to deep dive into whats the issue. It would be good to open a support case in this situation.  In the meantime test outside of Replicate to see if you can connect to the MySQL DB and query a table. Make sure you are using the same ODBC driver from the Replicate Server and User. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks,

David
