Qlik Sense Mobile connecting to a Salesforce IdP fails with error invalid offline_access scope

A Salesforce configuration will support Qlik Sense Mobile connectivity only if the IdP (Identity Provider) application is adjusted to include the offline_access scope which is not set by default. Failure to do this adjustment will result in Qlik Sense Mobile users seeing an error message with text similar to invalid or unavailable offline_access scope.
