QlikView: Maximum message size exceeded when calling QMS API from a .NET application

"Maximum message size exceeded" is displayed when calling QMS API from a .NET application.

Environments:

QlikView Server All versions

Resolution:

The maximum message size needs to be defined in the .NET application, please see below link:

If the error persists after doing so, you might need to also set the message size ("MaxReceivedMessageSize") in the QlikView Management Service config file (C:\Program Files\QlikView\Management Service\QVManagementService.exe.config)
