Can a Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows task be triggered twice at the same time?

Triggering a task twice (through APIs or manually or by schedule) will fail with one of the below: 

Cannot start task, already active        

Could not reserve an executor for task: TaskExecutionSession already exist for App

This is working as intended.
