How To Allow The User Create OnDemand Report Without Root Admin Role

Environment

• Qlik NPrinting 
• Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows 

Requirements to create an OnDemand report:

1. Qlik NPrinting Server (June 2017 or later) with a Qlik NPrinting app that is connected to the Qlik Sense app that you are designing. This Qlik NPrinting app contains your report templates.
2. Qlik Sense June 2019 or later.
3. All users generating On-Demand reports need to be added as users in Qlik NPrinting, with a security role that supports running On-Demand reports.
4. Users must be logged into Qlik Sense via NTML (Windows) authentication in order to generate reports or create reporting buttons.
5. Grant the Qlik Sense user with On Demand role and make sure this role is enabled with the correct access. Please find it from the attached video.

Please review the troubleshooting guide and grant On-Demand roles to normal Qlik Sense users.  All these users should be existing in Nprinting.  Then grant users and On-Demand roles.  Please make sure these roles are enabled with correct access.
