How to identify the automation Id and job Id in Qlik Application Automation

Automation IDs and Automation run/job IDs may be needed by Qlik Support to help with further troubleshooting.

Locating an Automation ID 

1. Open the automation in your Qlik Cloud tenant
2. Go to the Overview tab
3. Go to the History tab
4. Select the automation you wish to identify the ID for and copy the URL from the web browser.
5. The URL will be structured like this: https://xxxxxx.ap.qlikcloud.com/automations/7e45f640-73b4-11ed-9a8a-cbd298af84db
   
   The ID following /automations is your automation ID. 
   
   
   

Automation Run ID

1. Open the automation in your Qlik Cloud tenant
2. Go to the Overview tab
3. Go to the History tab
4. Select the job/run you wish to identify the ID for and copy the URL from the web browser.
5. The URL will be structured like this: https://xxxxx.ap.qlikcloud.com/automations/7e45f640-73b4-11ed-9a8a-cbd298af84db/history/c709c840-73b6-11ed-aa48-49e41086f490
   
   The ID following the /history/ section of the URL is the automation run id.

Did you mean to provide the ID in an active support case?

Regardless, you can get the Job/Run ID in any of the job/run histories. See Automation Run ID
