When the Service Account Owner (SAO) set up the tenant and try to access the hub, they see the below message:

Assign a PROFESSIONAL license allocation for the Service Account Owner (SAO) profile to resolve the issue.
Cause:
When the SAO sets up the tenant for a multi-cloud license and users are imported from the On-Prem installation IDP. So the licenses are allocated to the IDP profile. If access is needed for email login, then a separate license allocation is required for the SAO profile.
