Degrade Performance after applying  Microsoft security update KB4601319 on Windows 10 affecting  QlikView IE Plugin. 

Environment

• Server 2012 R2 Standard, QlikView Server Version: 12.50.20200.0 
• QlikView April 2020 SR4 12.50.20400.00

Resolution

1) Install the last version of plugin IE
2) update the Plugin Settings.ini file with GraphicsBackEnd=1 to use the Skia graphics rendering library.
