When creating an excel report using Qlikview 12.60 IR and Nprinting May 2021 SR1/SR3, the % format is lost and changed to decimal format. This was working in previous releases for example Qv12.30.20300  and NP 19.40.3

Uncheck "keep source format" and then format the related column using #,##0.0% do not help.

  • Result of excel report using Qv12.30.20300 / NP 19.40.3

  • Result of excel report using Qv12.60.20000 / NP 21.14.3

Environment

  • Nprinting May 2021 SR1/SR3
  • QlikView 12.60 IR

Resolution

Known issue, bug OP-9995 reported to R&D.

In fact this bug OP-9995 originates from another bug found in Qlikview 12.60IR (QV-22588 -Export to Excel using ExportEx API function does not keep number formats). Thus, R&D will first fix  QV-22588 before fixing OP-9995.
