NPrinting Server is error 404 when using a reverse proxy with a subdirectory (virtual folder).

Environments:

Qlik NPrinting November 2018 and later

Resolution:

Subdirectories (such as https://rp.domain.com/nprinting/ ) is a scenario untested by Qlik R&D for the use of NPrinting behind a reverse proxy and is therefore considered an unsupported scenario.

To avoid any potential problems, the recommendation is to use a different host name instead such as https://nprinting-rp.domain.com/ for example.

your recommendation is to use a different host name, it needs configuration efforts in customer Side, it there any chance on the Roadmap that Qlik R&D will support that scenario

At this point, there is nothing on the roadmap as far as I am aware.
