- NPrinting Designer and Office
Symptom
1. When launching NPrinting Designer with an Office template, all the options on Office menu pane is grey out.
2. When dragging and dropping objects(table, image,etc) to the template, it is blocked.
Resolution
Select "Public" on Office Sensitivity label
Cause [can be removed if not necessary]
Office may have Sensitivity label on.
