Passing user credentials in Dynamic Views

Question:

1.  Data connection to Snowflake was created.
2. "User defined credentials" box is ticked(which each user using data connection must have entered their own credentials)
3. When consuming Dynamic View through summary application, user is not being prompted, query runs successfully and data is fetched from Snowflake. 

Answer:

Currently, this is Working As Designed. 

The “User Defined Credentials” feature was added later and Dynamic View and ODAG in general has not been updated to make use of this feature.
