Prevent upload of specific file extensions to Qlik Sense content libraries

How to determine which kind of files can be uploaded to Qlik Sense's content libraries?

This is a built-in functionality that can be configured by using API calls.

Each of Qlik Sense content library type (ContentLibrary, AppContent, SharedContent, Extension) has its own specific whitelist.

File extensions that are not part of the whitelist won't be uploadable.

This will allow file extensions that are considered safe to be uploaded, but the files will not be scanned by Qlik Sense for malicious content. Using client- and server-side antivirus software is still recommended.
