Q1. Is Qlik Application Automation supported on-premises products?
Answer: No. Qlik Application Automation is a part of the Qlik Cloud offerings and it won't be added to the on-premises.

Q2. Is an additional license required?
Answer: Yes and No. The functionality is included in the Qlik Cloud Enterprise subscription. The freemium tier allows 5,000 runs per month. It's counted by reloading.
So, if a customer reloads more than 5,000 runs, they want to purchase more runs additionally.

Q3. Is it possible to disable the functionality per user?
Answer: No. Qlik Application Automation is enabled or disabled on the tenant-base, not the user-base.
The tenant admin can control it from the management console.
Managing automations
Q4. Are created automation sharable?
Answer: Yes and No. Created automatons are stored in the personal space. They are not shared with other users even in the same tenant. Having said that, the created automations are exportable in a JSON format. Your team member can upload the automation to their personal spaces.
