Qlik SaaS: Failed Merge Load against Section Access Table

When running a merge load on the Section Access table columns with value asterisks (*), the load fails with the below error.

Environment

• Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS
• Qlik Sense Business

Resolution:

Currently, this is working as designed given the way the star is implemented in the section access table. Basically, it means " all values for this field in this table", and any values not present at that point (i.e. with a merge-prefix for example) will (and should) be disregarded.
