Resolution
Persisting with the attributes in the database, are added to every request, twice - in x-qlik-security and x-qlik-extendeduserinfo headers.

Workaround:
Revert to old behavior by setting following flag to false in C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\CapabilityService\capabilities.json, followed by restart of services:
