Switching of Apps issue in Insight Advisor Chat - Qlik Sense

Qlik Sense App selection is not fixed and gets redirected to a different app for response when the data that is being present in both Apps.

Environment

Resolution

Check for the Field/Vocabulary, which is showing such response, without pre-selecting any application and confirm that both the applications (which have similar Field/Vocabulary) are shown as an option?
This would be the way to understand that both the applications are reloaded properly after the vocabulary was set.

For Eg:

We have tried this experiment with 2 applications: "IAC Retail Convenience" and "IAC Insurance Analytics". Added "order vocab" for both the applications. Below are the screenshots for the same:

Till the time applications were not reloaded, Insight Advisor Chat showed the suggestion of two applications "IAC Retail Convenience" and "Retail Convenience Latest" which had fields matching the keyword "order", as shown in the screenshot below

But as soon as both the applications "IAC Retail Convenience" and "IAC Insurance Analytics" were reloaded successfully, the app suggestion changed to these two which had the exact matching Vocabulary, as shown in the below screenshot:

After the reload, the applications remain the same for both of them, screenshots below:

Cause

 

Applications may not be reloaded properly after the vocabulary was set.
