User able to create space even his "Shared Space Creator" role is removed

A User has Professional License and Developer role. The Shared Space Creator role is removed, but the user can still create a space. 

Environment

• Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS
• Qlik Sense Business

1. Go to Management console > Configuration >  Settings > Under Entitlement : "Professional entitlements can create shared spaces"
   
   
   
   
2. Switch off the "Professional entitlements can create shared spaces".
3. Then go edit the role of the user,  untick the "Shared Space Creator" 
4. Click "Save".
   
   
   
   
5. After that Logout and Login.
