Hello,
We're an OEM that provides SaaS to our clients using Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows. Occasionally, and for various reasons, the Qlik (engine) will freeze up. We're looking for a tool, process or mechanism by which our support team could detect these outages in near-realtime so that they can provide a resolution in a timely manner. Right now we often don't know anything is wrong until a client informs us of the situation - which is obviously less than desirable. Can anyone share any info on what we might be able to do to accomplish this? For our non-Qlik systems, we perform periodic http "pings" but I'm not sure this is a viable way to detect Qlik engine outages.
Thanks for any help.
Steven
Hello @stascher
Please check out these comprehensive SAAS monitoring tools and more.
Kind regards...
Here's a list of the "healthcheck" urls for the Qlik Services, this might be a start.

Thanks Frank. I needed something a little more "real time" than the monitoring apps though.

Steve.
Thanks Rob. I think these might do the trick. Will let you know after we give them a try.

Steve
