Error: the user is not authorized to write the file metadata

Hi,

I am using the Qlik Sense Business Porfessional and having a few apps loading data from DB and storing QVDs. Everything was working fine until today. When i try to store a new QVD, I get the "The user is not authorized to write the file metadata instance for space ID" error.

The user is the only user in the whole solution (tenant admin, developer).

Do you have any ideas, what is the problem?

Thank you so much.

The fix is now deployed in all regions.
Manual reloads from within the app might still fail for a while if you had the app open, until the grace period expires.

I am getting a similar issue when loading from QVDs since today.

Cannot open file: 'REDACTED' (Connector error: No file metadatas found with user ID: REDACTED, tenant ID: REDACTED, space ID: REDACTED, app ID: REDACTED, name:REDACTED.qvd)

Running as Tenant Admin with full rights on all spaces/apps.

@Daniele_Purrone I already have a support case opened - 00113730.
We cannot load any QVDs data in our entire tenant, rendering Qlik completely useless right now...

The problem still happen. We can't load any QVD, the system is useless, no dashboard contains updated data, which is why it is critical.

Do you know when it will be fixed?

@Patrick_Pescetto @Daniele_Purrone Same story here. Qlik is pretty much unusable at this time. No fix yet.
