How can I securely share a Qlik Sense Enterprise app with external users (outside my organization) without making it public?

Hello,

I'm working with Qlik Sense Enterprise (on-premise) and need to share an app with external partners or clients who are not part of our organization. However, I don't want to publish the app publicly or expose it to anonymous users.

Appreciate any guidance, examples, or resources from those who’ve implemented similar setups.

You could buy a Qlik Cloud subscription for the external users and push the apps to the tenant. So you dont have the external users on your one enviroment and the have a secure enviroment with the same apps.

You can import external users by connecting to a user directory through Excel (via ODBC). Afterward, you can define security rules at the stream level to grant external users access to your application. I implemented a similar setup for one of our clients.

You can create virtual proxy for those users to authenticate with Qlik Sense.
