ISS redirect to Qlik Sense

How do you configure ISS to redirect traffic to Qlik Sense, when the user access the root domain?

The reason I need this is because I am using Lets Encrypt SSL certificates.

To automate this process, I need to verify ownership of the domain.

To do this Lets Encrypt will try to access a file on port 80, http: <domain>/.well-known

So the question is, how do I setup ISS so all traffic is routed to Qlik Sense, except requests for http: <domain>/.well-known.

Any help is very welcome!
