Qlik Cloud: How can I restrict designers from uploading large CSV/Excel files?

We are using a volume-based licensing model in Qlik Cloud, so we want to prevent designers from uploading large amounts of data through CSV or Excel files.

Our goal is to restrict or control access to data files / connection data files that can be used in the Load Script.

Question:
Which permissions, roles, or security settings can I use in Qlik Cloud to restrict designers from uploading or loading large CSV/Excel files?

Ideally, designers should still be able to develop and maintain apps, but they should not be able to freely upload large amounts of local data that could significantly increase our data consumption.

Is there a recommended governance approach for this in Qlik Cloud, particularly for users with Designer or similar permissions?

Hi

Qlik currently allows data files up to 100 GB, although files above ~6 GB can encounter engine/capacity constraints.
