Reverse proxy paths for Qlik Sense - The list you are looking for...

I have not been able to find a list on https://help.qlik.com/ that tells me what paths I need to include in my reverse proxy. So let us create one here in the community.

Comments and improvements are greatly appreciated. Especially about other versions.

The prefix is the name of your virtual proxy.
