Saas Move a file from the personal space of another user

I have a data file in a user's personal space that I need to move to a shared space. The user cannot login themselves, I can see the file in the catelog as I am a Tenant Admin. 

I am trying to move the file using qlik cli and I've also tried using the raw API request in an Automation. The key problem is I cannot get the file's ID so I can then run the change owner command.

So in Qlik Cli or an automation how do I list the data file contents of a user's personal space??

This help link explains how to move apps or data connections to another space, but not how to move files, which a user left in his Personal space, to a shared space or somebody else's Personal space. The three dots `...` do not contain an option for datasets although I am tenant admin.

Change the owner of that file and try moving it to any of the space.
