Security Rule to Allow Users to Manage Properties by Right Clicking on App in Specific Stream

We have a new stream that we want to allow Qlik Designers to be able to right click on the app to assign area and position:

Can someone please help me with this? I have been at it for a couple days now and have made no progress.

There are different levels of access depending on whether the app is in a user owned spaced, shared space or a managed space.

In this case I will direct you to share spaces and shared space permissions required.
