This site can't be reached - for a specific Sense user

Hi,

  A specific Sense user get's the error message:

"This site can't be reached"

and "server IP address could not be found."

Other users have no problem.

The link provided was:

https://bi.XXXXX.local/hub

What could cause this?

Port closed between the user and the server or DNS problem (the user PC does not resolve the server name)
