Unable to open QMC Console Management

 My Click Sense Desktop Version 14.212.7

I am unable to open the QMC console after installing the NPrinting Server, NPrinting Engine, and NPrinting Designer.

Any one guide me to rectify the error.

Hi, I am sorry, but I do not understand your comments "Sense Desktop Version".

1. What Windows version is on your desktop?

2. What version of NP?

3. When you say QMC are you referring to authenticating to the hub or cloud?
