There are three default security rules (CreateOdagLinkUsage, ReadOdagLinkUsage, and DeleteOdagLinkUsage) that reference this resource but the description of all three security rules doesn't say what the resource actually is.
I think, but I do not knw for sure you can use one api to create ODAG links, and these will appear in the back end and not in your app, so you use this API to see where the ODAG links are actually used in apps or to place the ODAG link into your selection app.
