chart "Reload HeatMap: Reload CPU spent" shows "No activity associated with current selections"

Hi Team,

From Operational Monitoring app, the chart "Reload HeatMap: Reload CPU spent" shows "No activity associated with current selections".  Is this related to the log level?  If so, what log level will it be?
