App remains blank when opening in Qlik Sense Client-Managed Mobile-app on iphone

- Qlik Sense Management Console on Windows is in version May 2024.

- The latest version of Qlik Sense Client-Managed Mobile-app is installed on an iphone 11 iOs 16.1.2

When using the Mobile-app on the iphone, and opening the stream, the Qlik app is visible, but when trying to open it, it is searching for a while, and after that it remains empty - nothing to see.

When the same user opens the Qlik app in a browser on a laptop, she has no problems.

I have published another small Qlik app ont the stream with very little data, assuming that it could be a memory issue, but the same here, nothing to see if she opens it on her mobile app.

I've also changed the Keep-alive timeout to 300 in the Proxy config of the QMC, but that didn't help either.

The user has also switched of/on her iphone.

Before it worked well but she had an older version of the mobile app. I have done an upgrade of the Qlik Sense server. They came from an old version. After the upgrade she couldn't connect anymore with her mobile app, so I have advised her to install the latest version of the app, what she did. And now, she has this probleme

What could be the cause of this problem? What steps can I do in trying to identify the cause of this problem?

does user get any 'error' message on their device?

anything in the logs?

The user does not get any error messages on her device.

I have re-analysed the logs she sent me last week, and I see this error. Can it be the cause? If yes, what is to change?

another user at that company works with the same version of the Qlik mobile app and has no problems:

Qlik Sense Mobile August 2024: 1.26.0.180

QIX Engine: 12.1404.0

The user with the problem sent me a screenshot of her Mobile App. There are 2 Qlik apps but they have a different icon. What is the meaning (difference) of the green icon int the upper right corner of the app tile?

Hi, 

I have a customer with this exact issue. After patching May 2024 the mobile client will show apps as a blank screen and no visible errors.

It worked in May 2024 prior to the patch (uncertain if it is patch 10 or 11).

Hi,

we have the same problems. After patching our system to version Qlik Sense May 2024 Patch 11 the Qlik Sense Client-Managed Mobile-App (version 1.29.1) shows a white blank screen when opening an app.

Hi,

The user installed manually on her iPhone OS version 17.7, and that did it! Problem gone!

Hi,

We have the same situation, but the iOS update did not help (version 18.1.1), still white window after opening the app in online mode. The offline version works fine.
